Service and terms
These terms apply to Camonster (camonster.online) document, image, PDF, QR code, design and media tools. Read these terms and the privacy policy before use; if you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity to use the service and obtain guardian consent where required by law.
Your content and rights
You retain rights to your content and must have permission to upload, process, sign and share it, including personal data, images, trademarks and documents it contains. You grant us only the permission needed to perform your requested function and deliver the result; processing does not transfer ownership to us. Keep your originals and downloaded results. This is not a backup or document-storage service.
Acceptable use
Do not infringe others’ rights, impersonate people, forge signatures or distribute malicious or unlawful content. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with others’ tasks, attempt to read their documents or cause unreasonable load through automated abuse. We may limit or suspend requests for security, maintenance or abuse prevention.
Results and signatures
Scanning, cropping, flattening, OCR, layout reconstruction and conversion can introduce errors or omissions. Check text, numbers, layout and page completeness before printing, sharing, signing or relying on a result. Handwritten or typed signatures are visible document marks, not certificate-based digital signatures, identity verification or legal advice. Their legal effect depends on the circumstances and applicable law; you are responsible for checking signer identity and authority.
Service rights and third parties
The Camonster software, interface and brand, and third-party components and assets, are protected by their respective rights holders. Using a tool does not transfer ownership of its software or third-party assets. External links, browser capabilities and third-party sign-in services are managed by their providers and governed by their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every file and device. Browsers, networks, resource limits and maintenance may affect processing. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; these terms do not exclude or limit liability, consumer rights or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and ending use
You can stop using the service and clear site data on your device at any time. Features and terms may change, with the update date shown here; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
